| Delivery time | Analysis starts immediately after payment and the result is usually ready within 1–3 minutes. If delayed for server reasons, it is delivered within 24 hours at the latest, and can be viewed anytime under "My readings" after signing in. |
| Access period | Results can be viewed without time limit (the original uploaded photo is deleted automatically after 7 days). |
3. Exchange & Refund Policy
- This product is digital content generated individually and delivered immediately upon payment. Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal (refund) is restricted once the result has been delivered. You are informed of this and asked to agree before paying.
- A full refund or free re-analysis is provided in the following cases: ① the result is not delivered within 24 hours of payment; ② the result is empty or corrupted due to a system error; ③ a duplicate payment was made.
- You may cancel a payment before the analysis has started.
- There is no exchange for this type of product, and dissatisfaction with the content of the reading is not a ground for refund (the content is for entertainment and self-reflection).
- To request a refund, contact us below with the payment date/time and your login account. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
4. Terms of Service (summary)
- The Service provides entertainment and self-reflection content generated by AI based on traditional physiognomy. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions made on the basis of the results are the user's own responsibility.
- Upload only photos of your own face. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Users under 14 may not use the Service without a legal guardian's consent.
- Service content and prices may change with prior notice.
5. Privacy Policy (summary)
